Services & Pricing
Basic Home Watch Service $70/Month
This basic fee covers two visits per month for properties up to 2,800 square feet of living area. For single-family properties larger than 2,800 square feet of living area, please ask for a quote.
Property Opening $35/Per Open
Just let us know your arrival date/time, and your home will be ready for you. (Monthly Home Watch service not required)
Property Closing $35/Per Close
Just let us know your departure date/time, and we will take care of the rest. (Monthly Home Watch service not required)
